I ordered a size medium after looking at the size chart and other reviews, I am usually a UK size 10 but these trousers are too tight. The trousers themselves are as pictured, lovely soft material and look good quality. However, after chasing multiple times, I still have not received a returns label to exchange for a bigger size.

I followed the size guide and got the size I thought I needed but they were far too big so I had to return them. I do hope to re-order a smaller size though as the fabric was lovely and soft and they were very comfy, just too big.
